Weird behave FDD led and floppy noises, please help how to fix

Since the latest update of Emu68 pistorm32lite the amiga loads very weird, FDD lightis on and flashes like it was booting from FDD the system loads (latest AmiKit) and then it freezes If put previous versions of Emu68 it acts the same

Amiga has its AmiKit OS in microSD, and CFcard on 2,5" connector inside Anyone has an idea what is wrong?

To mention, everything worked fine. Hope it is not some hardware issue Please help
