Video passtrough screen corruption on BCM28xx boot mode

Screen corrupted in early start menu and GURUs on BCM28x (Pi3), fine one BCM2711 (Pi4) After the RTG driver is loaded the picture on BCM28xx is fine too in games and DOS.

Probably a error in early VC4 / HVS init ?
