Setup instructions

I found setup to be a little bit confusing, so I wrote some instructions for the README.

Setup (as of 9/12/23)

1. Click Tools → Manage Note Types
2. Click Add → Add: Cloze
3. Give it a name, like "Cloze Overlapper"
4. Click Fields → Add
5. Name the field "Overlapping"
6. Click Save → Cards
7. Replace the text in the field with the text from front.html
8. Click Back Template, replace the text with the text from back.html
9. Click Save
