Add optional dialog to set watched date when marking episodes and movies

Open dialog with 3 options when marking item as watched:

• Now
• Release Date
• Other Date

This should be able to toggle on/off via settings.

I have a huge list of movies/shows that I would like to add to my collection, but they were watched a long time ago and I would not like to mix them with the most recently watched.
