Provide deb or PPA for easy installation

It would be nice if we have a deb or PPA, so that we don't have to go through the trouble of compiling.

@michaldaniel Have you considered Snap? That might help minimize issues w/ dependencies & give more exposure to other distros, inc. Arch (per request #10 ). Snap can also be used on Ubuntu 14.04, too.

@amsheppard I don't think Snap is an optimal solution yet, this project doesn't have too many dependencies & Snap isn't that widely adopted yet (in distros other than ubuntu).
