Seems to hang with no output

Using latest version of this package with node version 14.18.1 on macOS 10.15.7, when I run npx md-file-tree . it just hangs forever with no output. 🤔

FYI I have abandoned this for the admittedly janky https://gist.github.com/kflorence/7f18ad97c65337ef77d37159260a331d -- but at least it works

@solarmosaic-kflorence I couldn't reproduce this on the exact same node & mac version. Could you pls give me more details?
