Feature Request: GlobalVolume CBA Setting

Description: I recently switched from 1.0.278 to 1.0.298 and inmediatly noticed the volume was way lower in the newest version, in direct comms as well as radio comms. I changed the variable tf_globalVolume to 2.5 as a workaround. Maybe it would be great to add it as a CBA Setting so it's easier to modify?

Yeah volume is currently bugged. A CBA Setting for voice volume would make it easy to cheat so no.

You're right, that makes sense. Could you point me to the last version that doesn't suffer from that bug? Any ETA on a fix? I'd love to help but this project is way beyond my skills.

build 300 should've fixed the low voice volume.
