Feature Request: Default Additional Channel via server settings

We can already force radios and frequencies for each faction but not the additional channel. With all the options we are almost ready to roll when the mission starts, the only thing we always have to setup is the additional channel. We use channels 1-7 for fireteams or even buddyteams and channel 8 for the leaders, it is not much work to add an additional channel but often people press the wrong buttons and mess things up. So if it were preconfigured it would just work and reduce human errors.

What would be need? 6 fields, one for each faction and radio type where you would put the number of the additional channel.

We should maybe put all these faction specific settings into a separate category. They are quite verbose.
