Description: Leaving Spectator mode restores radio transmit but not normal speaking at any volume This happens weather scripted or via debug console. Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Spectator
2. Leave Spectator
3. Try Speaking to another player
4. Fix via Reconnect

When using debug console just hit press escape and hit the spectator button again. I'll find you the code to script it later

Debug console is already enough info. If I can find the Spectator button that's all I need.
