Plugin fails if start position for Youtube video is set

Hello, thanks for the plugin!

We have realised that the plugin does not recognise Youtube links if they include a later start position, e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymK6mBciJEc?start=97 - it only works if ?start=97 is omitted. (We are using v2.2)
