Any chance of localization?

I've looked through the code and it has everything I've been looking for, a lot of which is not in anything else. There's one problem. I can't speak Chinese. Any possibility of an english version?

I translated most of text in the views into English. You can understand the code without the comments. On the instruction page, it's just about how to setup OpenVPN locally.

Other than that, I don't suggest you to use this code, simply because this is so outdated, and the web development has evolved so much during these years. Myself works on Rails and Node.js these days, and even PHP has some excellent frameworks. I recommend you pick one of the frameworks, since it's definitely gonna save you a lot of time.

Not sure your needs of openvpn, but ShadowSocks is faster.

If you can build up a docker image, then no manual install is needed every time you deploy.
