[BUG] extracted QR not the same as QR on .pdf

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. A few times the QR didn't work in the app and I had to show the QR on the original pdf. I find out that the extracted QR is (sometimes) not the same as the original.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Look to original and look to extracted.
