Include centroids in maptile geo templates

This would also be great for Zip3. Centroids would allow for some fun analysis.

@vaps0tr: I'm unlikely to implement this anytime soon, but the tools are there. If you expand the zip3 geo's row in the download table and download the source files, you can use shp2dta to create centroids (you'll need to project their coordinates appropriately as well.)
