Officially deprecate this package on Hackage

It's not until you read the README of this repo that you realize not to use this package. Could you guys officially deprecate it?

@3noch, we might instead deprecate stripe-haskell, in favor of stripe, and upload versions of stripe-haskell onto stripe, on hackage. Providing backwards compatibility for both projects. In case some companies are still on stripe.

Well the README will scare anyone off so might as well make it official on Hackage. Of course nothing's stopping that development from happening and removing the deprecation.
