Add SMB support for PAPPL

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users of older Windows servers use Samba to connect to the Windows print server, so it would be great if PAPPL provides Samba among supported network protocols.

Additional context More detailed requirements can be added by Samba upstream (I'll share the issue link with them) in case they decide to use PAPPL for their implementation.
