Conflict in building : Use of WAKE LOCK permission in library

First of all thanks for your contribution to open source community. I am using this library and stuck in an issue of duplicate permission on the merged manifest of your library and of my app. I suggest removing this permission and lowering the min SDK version to 19 in order to make it better for future use.
