Bug: support for Obsidian 1.10.3

I'm wondering what issues you are seeing? I am using 1.10.6 with installer 1.9.14 and it's working. Also using the 4.0 Beta via [BRAT](https://github.com/TfTHacker/obsidian42-brat)
