Allow for setting websocket port via configuration

Currently the websocket server default port is hardcoded into allhands. It would be nice to provide the user with a possibility to use a different port.

@djiamnot Sure, also though I think this would only work if the user's group was using their own allhands server. I could add this in to both the server and client code
