Update to node.js 14

~~The nodesource script isn't required at all for debian buster, so I've added another commit to remove that entirely for PHP 7.4 (which uses buster).~~

Scrub that, I'm going to keep the script in so that we have the more up-to-date version of node.js. Debian buster comes with the outdated version 10, which rather defeats the object!
