problem with $apply and $orderby

The last working version for the following query is 8.0.4. (net & ef 6.0.3) > https://localhost:44488/odata/XXX/?$apply=groupby((name))&$count=true&$top=50

GUI does not respond well to 4k screen res & windows zoom.

Same for me on Surface Pro 4 and default screen resolution

Same issue here when using _flutter_plugin_pdf_viewer_ in connection with _cached_network_image_. If i update _cached_network_image_ beyond 2.0.0 then _pub get_ fails

If you have write access to the github repo just call from root dir after merging the referenced PR > .\build-docker-image.ps1 -PublishToDockerHub:$true

Versioning

We should move to centrac [package management](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/nuget/consume-packages/central-package-management). Then we can manage all the versions in one file. I can provide a PR if desired
