Add $RecurseDepth parameter to allow setting the recursion depth to copy

Sometimes I want to copy an item and its direct children only (not all descendants). This parameter enables that by allowing the $RecurseDepth parameter to be set.

If set, it will copy the Root item plus a number of levels below that item. So $RecurseDepth = 1 copies just the root item and it's direct children.
