replaced files from OOTB installation and now NetBox is no longer appearing
Check copied - for which it took the Far plugin bit. Plug-ins for Far 2.x are not compatible with Far 1.x / Far 3.0, 32-bit plug-ins do not work in 64-bit Far, Far 1.x plugins for limited compatible with far 2.x / Far 3.x - if editor and file system, they can cause data loss.
But your description other than the assumption that you have mixed version of Far and NetBox, and perhaps no other bit assessments can be done - you do not specify any bit version and you have installed copies of Far and NetBox. And because of a response in this case can be given - only to help determine the correct direction find the cause of error.

FarNetBox-2.1.45_Far3_x64.7z FarNetBox-2.1.45_Far3_x86.7z
It will build a new v2.1.45.417 - I have to check it, there now v2.1.45.416. Take from my archive FarNetBox-2.1.45_Far3_x64.7z files and overwrite your copy. It is better to do or a copy of Far, or simply unzip with 7-Zip (its GUI 7zFM). With this copy if you Far b4400 and above all should start.
