Fails to open certain MP3s

Jonathan Coulton: code monkey.  Fails to open using MCI.

If that's a bug in the MP3, fine, maybe... if it's a bug in MCI, then MCI
probably isn't the route to go for playback.

MCI failes when mp3 has ID3v2Tag

i use mutagen module to check for tag and deleting it before loading it
