If we can do it the way I'm thinking, this should be pretty easy. Unfortunately, it'll probably be at least 2 weeks before I'll have the chance to try it out.

@Nami-Doc: it it just the globbing in the Makefile that fails on Windows? Send over a pull request if it's simple. Let's continue this in #194.

Yay!

I had offerred to do this as a spur to jashkenas. But honestly it would probably take me a solid week, including getting my head around the compiler. And then there's the issue of separately implementing it in CS and CSR. So I think it's probably more efficient for me to let the experts handle it.

On the other hand, I am chomping at the bit to implement iced-cs as a library.
