Doesn't work with Ruby 1.9.x

This isn't so much an issue with harsh as it is with ultraviolet. Ultraviolet doesn't seem to currently work (or even install) under Ruby 1.9.1 or 1.9.2 and I couldn't find this mentioned anywhere so I thought I'd document it here.
