angular 13 update

Updates dependencies to angular 13, and fixes breaking changes related to those updates

Ok, this merge isn't complete yet. There is a usage of Angular Universal for a demo that I'm not sure how it is used or if it is still used.

So far on this branch I have updated the dependencies and the demo to run/build, but have left out fixing the breaking changes for Angular Universal that are related to the changes in how lazy-loaded child routes are imported in in Angular versions >9.0.
