claiming rewards for staked SNX

Hey there,

I staked SNX at mintr.sythetix.io about 10 weeks ago. For the first 8 weeks, I was able to burn, mint and claim rewards. That all stopped about 2 weeks ago. Since then, when I try to claim rewards, I get the same message that transaction has been sent to blockchain. However, when I click on the provided link to Etherscan.io, I get the message that the TxnHash cannot be located. I have tried to rebooting my laptop but that gets me nowhere.
Do you have any suggestions about what my next step should be? Lastly, I am disabled and in significant pain and my time in front of computer is almost at an end. With this in mind, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected]. I appreciate any help that you can provide!!!
