Hi there,

You're on a pretty old version of Angular there. There's this line in the readme of this lib:

This library is built to work with Angular 5+, and support ahead-of-time compilation. If you need to support an earlier or pre-release version of Angular for now, please see the changelog for advice on which version to use.

So to support Angular 4 you'll need version 3.3.1: https://github.com/michaelbromley/ngx-pagination/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#331-2019-06-12
