Add Lazy Loading

For particularly long remote results, it is useful to load them a few at a time, loading the next bunch when you scroll to the bottom of what's already been loaded, in order to maintain responsiveness. select2 has implemented this feature very well, but it only works on single-select elements as far as I can tell.
