how to add a unique field?

hey

I was wondering how to add a unique field. For example, server SN (Serial Number) should be unique, but now I successfully add two objects with same value of SN，

Hey,

at the moment there is no way to ensure that the value of a field is unique within an object type. Might be an interesting function. So we can make a feature request for a future version if you are interested.
