Which version have you downgraded to? (Are you it?) Anyway with tlp+thermald+powertop I went from 1 hour to 4-5 hours If you suggest me to downgrade I would try too

ok I can confirm than on DELL XPS 15 7590, @ i7-9750H is working, so the bios 1.6.0 is unsupported I had to restore bios (even if I had to...
