Space station can't be recreated after deleting DIM_SPACESTATIONx

I've received this comment from a player on my space station video saying he couldn't recreate or recover his space station:
To explain the problem, I created a space station and I did not write the command allowing that it does not disappear, result, it disappeared but I cannot recreate it, I looked and it is still present in the game files. So I would like to find it or be able to recreate it. (link to comment)
According to him, it was on MP survival. I'm waiting for more details.
As a test, I created another world, created a space station, left and closed the game. I then deleted the DIM_SPACESTATION2 folder and its dat to see what happens. Reopened the game, Galacticraft can't recreate it even though the map shows the OSS orbit is empty.

Probably caused because of the extra data file space stations have. Which i believe is in a Galacticraft folder. Its probably still picked up that hence it won't let you remake it.

Yes, but I said I had deleted the spacestation_{number}.dat, but not explicitly.
I then deleted the DIM_SPACESTATION2 folder and its dat to see what happens.
Hello, I am the player who had this bug, to give you more details, I am on a server that I created from aternos but that I now host directly on my computer, the bug appeared when I was on aternos. I created the space station, I did a few round trips there and put a teleporter of the mekanism mod and a chunk loader of the chunk load mod and also some blocks of cobblestone. It disappeared some time later, and since then, it is impossible to return, I can no longer access it or even recreate it.
I tried to see if the spacestation dimension was there thanks to the teleportation tool of the CustomNPCs mod but it does not appear, I also tried to create a space station in solo mode and to copy paste the folder and the spacestation_2 file on my server but again unable to access it, and finally, I tried to delete the folder and the spacestation_2 file but again, impossible to recreate the space station.
