Slimeling upper slot for helmet not implemented

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Galacticraft version: 4.0.2.244

Single player (SSP), Multiplayer (SMP), or SSP opened to LAN (LAN)? SSP

Any Galacticraft add-ons installed? No.

According to @micdoodle8 https://github.com/micdoodle8/Galacticraft/issues/352#issuecomment-42266914 , the upper slot was for a helmet.

Oh wow, I don't even remember intending to make that a helmet slot. It's been that long. 😅

I'll take a look at this hopefully in the near future.
