Any Galacticraft add-ons installed? please list all GalacticraftPlanets 1.12.2-4.0.2.244 Please provide screenshots / crash report / log / full modlist as needed honestly pretty straightforward, water is not counted in sealed space. Go make a sealed room, then go fully underwater. It says your oxygen setup is invalid unless you have a oxygen bubble distributor or an oxygen tank.

You have water inside the sealed space?

you can add water as sealable in the config
