I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide any preliminary information or resources related to the data preprocessing steps that you recommend for this implementation. Could you share the code for using 20x magnification on the TCGA dataset, dividing it into 224x224 patches, and utilizing the CLIP model for feature extraction?It would be incredibly helpful for my understanding and replication of your work.
