Alignment issue
Dear users,
I am trying to align my pictures with Alignment.ipynb and getting best results with "Affine" warp mode, pyramid levels = 3 and above 500 iterations. Those pictures have RigRelatives. Pictures are not captured via UAV but from the ground manually. Is it possible that it causes problems only because of close manual capturing. Could you please suggest any way to align pictures and move further to segmentation or NDVI usage. I would be ok with using any external software that would help me with preprocessing dataset.
