Issues with Jupyter Notebook while following the tutorial

I am working on my thesis in shallow water bathymetry and relatively new to coding. I am pretty certain I have followed the tutorial correctly can get Micasense to open in the command prompt etc. My issue is the next part of the tutorial testing the installation. In jupyter book I get a ModuleNotFoundError and it says No module named 'cv2' as the error. Could someone advise me on this? The link provided in the tutorial is dead but I googled to download it from the website and found the code to use to install it directly in to python so far. I am not sure what else to do have been working at this for a few days now. Any help is greatly appreciated.
