FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified

Hey, I downloaded the whole git repository and while I run the Alignment. ipynb file I got the error FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified

I see that ImageNames and pathNames are loaded, but still got this error. trying to search in google didn't solve it.
