Installer does nothing on w2k16 server

I tried to install the latest version, so i have downloaded the file. When i click on the installer file it does nothing. Maybe is loading something for a second or something because of the cursor but nothing more. I tried compatilibity mode (w8) and open as admin.

Dont what is happening. But i was able to start the installer executing it from the powershell. Thanks
