[feat] implement reporting

Reporting posts and users should be implemented to comply with Google Play Store policies.

UI exists for this, but actual functionality must be implemented.

Until Jeffalo implements reports into the API, this will be in the backlog.

Posts/comments can be reported, but not users (yet). So maybe until then, the reporting icon on profiles could report the user's latest post?
