windows driver changes scroll step

when you reboot to windows, the official driver somehow changes the firmware settings so after reboot back to linux the scroll wheel suddenly scrolls ~3 times as much and there is no way to reset the settings other than unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in again

when using the mouse on linux alone all is fine, but maybe it'd be nice to have a setting that can change this as well so that it can be used sanely in dual boot setups
