Duplicate "X" svgs in the assets folder

💬 Description

In the assets folder, we have a close-icon.svg and a clear-icon.svg. For initial review, they appear to be the same icon. For efficiency, I suggest that we delete one of these SVGs and refactor any code containing the deleted SVG
