Internal issue 2933 - Home key does not take users back to start of search bar

When user presses the home key in the ICDS search / searchable select component they are not navigated back to the start of the search bar*.*

Have responded to the user asking for more info, as we couldn't replicate this problem

I have been able to replicate this in the search bar on the site:

type in a value press the home key the text cursor remains at the end of the search field

the End key does not work as expected either

This is more work that it appears, as it is very difficult to implement this without any weird focus bugs without updating the ic-select, ic-search-bar and ic-menu components to use a more standard keyboard navigation pattern. This bug will instead be resolved as part of #3757.
