Summary of the bug

Back to top component shows the browser's native focus indicator as well as the ICDS one in Safari.

🪜 How to reproduce

  1. Find a back to top component in Safari, e.g. on the ICDS website.
  2. Tab to it and see that the native focus indicator is displayed.

  • Browser: Safari, same in Firefox

🧐 Expected behaviour

It should not show the native focus indicator at all. Only the ICDS focus indicator.
