Add Table of contents guidance and links to various other pages

What component is this related to?

Table of contents

On top navigation layout and side navigation layout there should be the option/variant for the table of contents. The table of contents guidance should be referenced in the top and side navigation layout guidance. Links between the two pages should also be included.

Why do we need it?

It has been requested by the community and is wanted for the top navigation layout and side navigation layout patterns.
