Add ic-theme/IcTheme component details to the component page
Summary
Add ic-theme/IcTheme component to guidance site. The component itself does not render anything so component preview of the component itself is not required.
💬 Description
At the moment, there is no guidance on the ic-theme component within the guidance site. There is a small amount within getting-started but something more comprehensive is required for the components page.
💰 Use value
It will explain in more detail to our consumers, how the theming within the complex components (i.e. Top Navigation, Side Navigation, Footer, Hero) works.
Need to consider where this fits into the site structure. Is this a component, style or pattern?
