Update status tag accessibility guidance to reflect new role behaviour
What is the purpose of the work?
The behavior of status tags has been updated in ui-kit issue 20. It now has enhanced accessibility features that needs to be reflected in guidance.
Specifically inform devs that there is an aria-live role on status tags, so when they render or their inner text changes it is announced to users (confirm that this is the behaviour)
Why do we need it?
To describe the new functionality so that users can understand and benefit from it.
Question as to whether if/what further guidance is actually required from the devs.
