Create a GDS-style support footer
Description
Users have reported struggling to find information on contributing, providing feedback and getting support. We could create a reusable "footer" for each component and pattern, that contains links to doing these things.
For an example of this, see the bottom of each component/pattern page on the GDS guidance site.
This may be more appropriate for the UI kit, as it could be released as a component. In this case, a separate ticket is needed to use the footer on the guidance site.
