Create component gallery images for the new components
Summary
We've added a few new components since the component gallery images were made so we need new ones to make the component gallery page look better.
💬 Description
As of right now the new components that need images are:
- Action chip (once guidance has been added to the site)
- Layout grid
- Pagination bar
- Skip link
- Table of contents
- Theme
- Time input
Presumably upcoming components will need images soon too:
- Calendar
- Drawer
- Time selector
- Time picker

More consistency on the component gallery page rather than lots of filler images.
