Why do we need it?

A new slot (neutral-icon) has been introduced to allow users to change the icon for neutral alerts, and a new prop (showDefaultIcon) has been introduced to allow users to have no icon for the neutral alerts. Guidance and code examples should be added to the site to aid users.
